Antonis Kalogerakis is the Director of the Institute of Theology and Ecology, which is a Department of the Orthodox Academy of Crete. He graduated with distinction as Environmental Engineer from the Technical University of Crete. He then obtained a Master’s degree from the University of Calgary in Canada. His research experience includes participation in European and North American projects concerning environmental issues, health and religion. He has authored several scientific articles and has been invited to address international panels and conferences regarding climate crisis, energy democracy, sustainable religious buildings, good practices and environmental ethics.
