Eirini Legaki

Eirini Legaki graduated from the Department of History and Archeology of the University of Crete (1997). She holds a master’s degree in Prehistoric Archeology (University of Crete, 2011) and in the Management of Cultural Units (Hellenic Open University, 2018). She is a PhD candidate in Prehistoric Archeology (University of Crete). She served in the Archaeological Service of the Ministry of Culture: Ephorate of Antiquities of Piraeus (1997 to 2000), the Directorate of Prehistoric and Classical Antiquities (2000-2005), and the Ephorate of Antiquities of Cyclades (2005 to present). She has carried out excavations in Naxos and Ano Koufonisi and has published relevant reports and studies. Since 2008, she has been participating, in collaboration with the British School of Athens, in the systematic researches in Keros and Daskalio and in the publication programs of their results.
