Prof. Dr. Giuseppe Argiolas

Giuseppe Argiolas is Rector of the Sophia University Institute (Loppiano, Florence – Italy) where he is also Professor of Management and teaches Social Management. With a PhD in Business Management obtained in 2005 at the University of Cagliari (Italy), his research interests include Corporate Social Responsibility, Mission-Driven Organizations, Economy of Communion, Civil Economy and Management. Of particular relevance among his publications, is Social Management. Principles, Governance and Practice (Springer, 2017). He was recently the Keynote Speaker at the Meeting of Mediterranean Bishops and Mayors (23–27 February 2022) held in Florence with an address on “What duties for religious communities in cities?”
