V. Rev. Andriy Dudchenko
Andriy Dudchenko is an archpriest of the Orthodox Church of Ukraine and lecturer of Kyiv Orthodox Theological Academy. Born in 1976 in Eastern Ukraine, he graduated Kyiv Theological Seminary (1997) and Academy (2002), obtaining his Master of Theology degree. He also graduated National Pedagogical Dragomanov University in 2017, specializing in Social and Political Ethics and Theology and obtaining his Master of Religious Studies. He continued studies at the postgraduate school in the Department of Theology and Religious Studie. Since 2019, he teaches Liturgical Theology at Kyiv Orthodox Theological Academy. He is the author of a number of articles and several books on liturgical and pastoral issues. Fr. Andriy was ordained priest in 1997 by the late Metropolitan Volodymyr Sabodan and currently serves in the Stavropegial Cathedral of the Savior’s Transfiguration in Kyiv (since 2010). On Dec 15, 2018, he joined the Orthodox Church of Ukraine.
